Credits

"9" live arranged, performed, played, programmed and recorded by ELEMENT012 in the SHELTER23. Postmastering by THE DARKFORCE at LOFI-Deathstar. Artworx by METATEKTUR. (C)(P) Element012 & LOWHOP-Records (jmp), all rights reserved.

It's been almost a year since Element012 released the album "Music for Snails & Other Issues, Whatever" [LOWHOP043]. Normally, years pass between his albums, so we are even more pleased. The album "9" follows his previous release, "Dreams To Remember" [LOWHOP023], representing a logical continuation and further development of his musical journey. However, if you're familiar with his initial official release from 2003, "Error012" [SMS001], you'll notice that many elements he employs today were already present back then. "9" is a collection of melodies and basslines that converge in a redefined moment – a "permanent presence," as Element012 describes it. From a distance, a soft bass drum can be heard, or is it just the neighbor knocking on the door due to the noise? It's challenging to convey the essence of music through simple text, so we recommend experiencing it firsthand by giving it a listen.
